What we do

Healthcare starts with a conversation. You tell Frank what is going on, in your own words. Frank listens, asks gently one thing at a time, and gathers a proper structured history. It mirrors what the guidance says about your situation and writes it all up as a clear summary. Frank never gives personal medical advice and never issues anything: it prepares, a doctor decides.

At the end, Frank makes an offer, not a decision: would you like this reviewed by one of our doctors, who will take the next steps? Nothing happens until a named doctor has read everything and chosen what to do.

Who is behind it

Frank is part of a doctor-led service, led by Dr Helen Webberley, with every case supervised by a named clinician. We believe people deserve to be listened to first, that evidence should guide every step, and that a doctor should always remain in charge. Frank is currently a proof of concept, built on synthetic patients only.
